Sometimes, I think we underestimate the power of love. I mean, what does love have anything to do with business anyway?
As former President of The International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO), Former Dean of Clinics at Life Chiropractic College West, and practicing Chiropractor at Providence Chiropractic Center for 25 years, Dr. Jack Bourla has a gift for helping others recognize their worth. When you're with Jack, you're the most important person in the world, and when he speaks, people listen. Why? Because Jack cares about you, and you know it. He leads with LOVE.
So what is love, anyway? Are we romanticizing this too much or does loving your practice members and team actually make a difference? And what does that even mean?
What we have found is that first and foremost, it's important to take people where they are. Health is a process, and people need time and space to develop an understanding of Chiropractic, natural health, and what it can do for their body. Like Jack, seeing others for who they really are is important. Showing people respect, empathy, understanding and and acceptance despite their imperfections...this is love.
This practice also creates a loyalty that is unmatched. Think about it, when you know someone cares about you - really cares, without judgement; someone who treats you with unending kindness - isn't it easy to be with them? Not to mention, people who love you back are your best referral sources... and it's impossible to run out of love.
If you've had a doctor like this, you know exactly what we're talking about. If you haven't, become that doctor. We certainly need more of them in this world.
